After 12 years of operation, the centre was in need of major refresh, from both operational and design aspects, to keep up the pace with the local market development.

The centre has undergone a substantial renovation in 2014, under our management. It included not only face-lift of the exterior, but also refurbishment of interior - common areas, rest rooms and food court.
Thanks to these major improvements the customers enjoy shopping in a new and modern environment.
Furthermore, the centre experienced a complete rebranding, when new identity incl. new name and logo was introduced.

Detailed ongoing market analysis and benchmarking against new and exisiting competitors led us to actions supporting retention of the market leading position.
We concentrate on tenant retention activities and proactively hold “blend, extend and expand” discussions with tenants, never waiting for leases to expire.

IN 2016 WE INTRODUCED THE BUILDING ON THE MARKET AND SUCCESSFULLY RE-LET 90% OF THE VACANT SPACE PRIOR TO ITS VACATION
We coordinated design of new building collaterals (incl. office visualisations), established online communication, introduced new web site and started to organise regular tenant events, introduced building on the local offce market.
We produced video presentation of GLL Prague’s office portfolio.
In order to keep the building competitiveness on the market and motivate the tenants to remain in the building, we introduced number of building improvements. We engaged relevant suppliers, made technical site supervision and managed the whole construction process to its successful end.
For the building we acquired BREEAM In-Use certification „Very good“ rating.
Cushman & Wakefield helped to define a suitable building standard, introduced number of operational improvements and successfully completed the certification process.
Upgrade of control system over media consumption, new waste separation system and greenery.
We have optimized internal processes and implemented Environmental policy certified by ISO 14001.
