He runs a team of 130 professionals dealing with all areas of property management including lease administration, reporting and double-entry bookkeeping. He has structured the team to ensure delivery of a sustainable and high quality service in all sectors – shopping centre management as well as office projects and logistics project management. He is a Partner of the firm.

Martin Šimek

Partner | Head of Retail Asset Services

Martin is the Head of Retail Management in Prague office in the Czech Republic. He has the overall responsibility for delivery of asset management services, supervision of on-site teams, coordination, reporting and general leadership.

Martin has over 20 years of experience in commercial real estate property management. Before joining Cushman & Wakefield he was providing property management services to Prague Castle or Multi Mall Management – a major property management company specializing on management of large retail schemes. Martin is one of the most recognized and experienced person in the management of retail project in the Czech Republic.

Kateřina Jukl

Head of Shopping Centres´Marketing

Kateřina Jukl is an experienced marketing professional with more than 10-year experience in marketing and project management marketing and over 5 years of experience in retail and real estate marketing, especially for shopping centres.

She leads the process of creating new project marketing strategies based on the local market knowledge and benchmarking, with pro-active work attitude, innovative ideas and a strong focus on extensive marketing strategies. She took over the responsibility to coordinate all marketing activities and knowledge transfer of best practices from CEE on all managed shopping centres in the Czech Republic.

Katerina plays the role of strategic marketing manager for integrating promotional elements into retail marketing and maximizing communication channels to ensure the positive change in Cushman and Wakefield´ perception on the market and from the perspective of a highly customer-focused manager in a possibility to contribute to a client´s success.
